In fact, quite the opposite process happens.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05Let us examine some of these illusions and how they give us a mistaken sense of value.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05Illusion (False emotion): Ego<\/div>\n<div>Thought: I know, I am<\/div>\n<div>Result: Arrogance, inflexibility, controlling others<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05Illusion (False emotion): Anger<\/div>\n<div>Thought: I expect<\/div>\n<div>Result: Force, aggression<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05Illusion (False emotion): Attachment<\/div>\n<div>Thought: I own, It&#8217;s mine<\/div>\n<div>Result: Insecurity, possessiveness, jealousy<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05Illusion (False emotion): Greed<\/div>\n<div>Thought: I want, I need<\/div>\n<div>Result: Emptiness, wanting, dissatisfaction<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05Illusion (False emotion): Lust<\/div>\n<div>Thought: I desire<\/div>\n<div>Result: Exploitation, misuse, emotional dependence<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83d\udd05These are the five fires that burn away the quality of human life: uncontrolled emotions that once, in their original pure state, gave happiness and peace to the individual but now create only emptiness and sorrow.<\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf4e<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\ud83c\udf69\ud83e\uded0\ud83e\uded0\ud83e\uded0\ud83c\udf69<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>*_Honest Heart_* \ud83c\udfaf<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>*_An honest heart is an open heart. If we are dishonest in any way with ourselves or with others, it means we are in hiding. There is a wall, a barrier behind which we conceal something of ourselves. Subtle tension will be our companion, and while most of us learn to live with it, it drains our energy and tightens our muscles. On the other hand don&#8217;t be too honest with others &#8211; feel their pulse &#8211; sometimes others are not ready to hear what&#8217;s in your heart.
